Very unhappy with this purchase.

Bought medium support for side sleeper but there is absolutely no give to this pillow. Could not sleep on it at all! Very expensive and not able to use.

The picture is deceiving

I bought this pillow cause I wanted a very flat pillow.That's what i've slept with for years. But instead, I opened up this pillow and the width is almost six inches high.

This is NOT a flat—or soft—pillow

The website info and pics are simply incorrect—this pillow is very firm and at least 10” high. Unsuitable for sleepers needing the “soft” and/or “flat” qualities described and shown online. Returned. (Too bad—the fabric and finish are good!)
