Very disgusted
Placed my order October 10 and still waiting for my pillow. I talked with live people and told me Id have it in 3 days, another said it was being packed and still no order. They will not let me cancel because it's in shipping. FOR 3 WEEKS!!!!

Not comfortable, not cool, know why so inexpensive
Inexpensive and feels like it!
Am a side sleeper and this terrible….am keeping as a guest pillow and will purchase another. Macy’s selection at Galleria not good, but wanted to “touch and feel”. I will try another place or sadly online. SORRY….thought Macy’s would be the best place!

I have searched for a pillow that is firm enough so that your head doesn’t sink to the bottom. These pillows give just the right amount for your head without hurting your neck.

Pillow was shown to be thin and flat, for stomach sleepers. Pillow was actually quite large and thick so it was returned
