Not comfortable, not cool, know why so inexpensive
Inexpensive and feels like it!
Am a side sleeper and this terrible….am keeping as a guest pillow and will purchase another. Macy’s selection at Galleria not good, but wanted to “touch and feel”. I will try another place or sadly online. SORRY….thought Macy’s would be the best place!

I have searched for a pillow that is firm enough so that your head doesn’t sink to the bottom. These pillows give just the right amount for your head without hurting your neck.

Pillow was shown to be thin and flat, for stomach sleepers. Pillow was actually quite large and thick so it was returned

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an order I placed recently for pillows through the Macy’s website. Last year, I purchased pillows from Macy’s in-store, and my husband and I both loved them for their comfort. Because of that positive experience, I decided to order the same pillows online this year as a gift for my husband. However, when the package arrived and my husband put the pillows into pillowcases, I immediately noticed something was wrong. The pillows looked uneven, one appeared very flat as if it had already been heavily used, and when I removed the cases, I saw the yellow stains and markings on both pillows. These were not just slightly defective items—they appeared to be previously used pillows, which is both unsanitary and unacceptable. I felt very upset and disappointed by this experience. I trusted Macy’s quality, which is why I chose to buy again, but receiving used pillows is extremely concerning.
