Wonderful feel to these sheets but disappointing f

I love the feel of these sheets, but disagree that they fit up to 17" deep matresses. We have a 14" matresss and added a 3" topper and these sheets barely fit around the corners. In fact, each of our sheets has a corner that is not even under. I expect them to pop off at any time.
