Great Pans - Excellent Kitchen Addition

Purchased these on sale great price. Appreciated the use and care instructions - very helpful and thorough. It is mandatory to allow pans to warm up for 90 seconds before adding oil and NEVER use spray oil. Must use medium heat or lower. The pans are cleaning up like a dream.
