I am a longtime fan of Charter Club nightshirts & pajama sets! Own many, love them! Have always been quality fabrics that feel great, comfy, and last! My last 2 (recent '25) purchases of CC nightshirts have been very different in quality of fabric: stiff and noticeably of much lesser-quality. Washing didn't alter the stiffness, and I'm already certain these won't last well. Not at all what I expect from Macy's, with regard to quality and comfort (& consistency). The print itself was pretty & accurately pictured.

I am a larger woman and I do not like gowns that cling. This gown is cotton which I have the hardest time finding, it's nice and loose but not looking like a sack. I liked it so much. I bought another one.!

Shrinkflation is not only in the grocery store! This item is a pure example of how manufacturers are cutting costs. I usually wear an XL or 1X size in most/all Macy's items like Charter Club, INC., or Syle&Co. Never had a problem with fit. I bought a size 3X in this nightgown expecting it to be very roomy as I like a nightgown to be but it barely fits with little to no "breathing" room. And it's not because I ate too much pie on Thanksgiving!!! To the contrary, I have recently lost about 8 lbs. and found a lot of my older clothes feeling quite loose. Very disappointed with this purchase and what I expect is more the normal way things will be from now on.
