Great Value; Great warmth

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son and daughter-in-law. They have an older 4 square home with very little insulation. This down comforter is perfect to keep them warm on these frigid nights!

Good starter down blanket

This is my first down blanket and I did a lot of research but am also on a budget. I got this a year ago (Nov 2024) and am finally posting a review to tell you how I’ve liked it. It’s our 2nd winter using it! I feel for the price I paid, it’s a good blanket. I love how the king size drapes a little over the sides of my king bed, but I would of course want it to drape more to get that ad look or just to have more blanket since there’s two of us in the bed. I guess I run cold and we try to have the temp at 65 at night, at 600 fill it “can” get cold if it gets any lower. For my next one I would want a 750+ but I’m not sure my husband who runs hot would be on board. I do find this blanket to be a bit heavy on my feet.. I hate anything that’s weighted on my feet but maybe it’s not an issue for you if you are one of those people who tuck the ends of your flat sheet in and like how that feels. I got the medium weight king size blanket when it was on sale.

Second time around

This is the second charter club white down comforter I bought. I had the first one for many years. It served us well but started to flatten out. This one took a couple of days to plump up and get softer and is now comfy and cozy…. Just as I remembered. I think it is a good value and look forward to many years of warmth.

Comforter

Loved the comforter but it was too large for our King size bed - I want to use it like a blanket, not a comforter that hangs over the sides and end of bed. I would have kept it if it wasn't a little too large. I purchased a full/queen for our king size bed.
