Unacceptable packaging

Great Sweater just what I expected, BUT, it was rolled up in a clear plastic bag and inserted in plastic mailing envelope. If it wasn’t so close to Christmas I would have returned it. I had to take it to cleaners to have it steamed. Certainly not up to the standard that Macy’s has had for the past many many years.

Security tag left on and second seater had a rip

The first time we ordered the sweater it still had security tag on it. We returned it anyway because it was too big. Then we reordered a smaller size and the collar was ripped. I sewed it but was surprised about the rip.
