Bag damaged before delivery

When the Macy's bag arrived at my doorstep there was a slash through the bag in the upper corner. It looked like someone had used a sharp blade to see what was inside. Unfortunately, it cut through the bag that contained the sweater and make a cut in the sweater itself. I returned it to my local Macy's and explained what happened. I was disappointed because these sweaters are only sold on-line.
