    Cast Iron Cooks Great

Bought for home use and am learning the nuances of cast iron cooking. Hefty High quality product with bright enamel which is also a cautionary advice. Regular hot mitts are a risk for smooth porcelain enamel handle to slip out. Use mitts with silicone grip dots and use handle on opposite side for stability handling hot or cold. Care and use card does not note seasoning needs of interior cast iron. You should follow common steps for oil pre seasoning of the iron cook surface.
