Does What I bought it for

Due to hip surgery I needed to sleep downstairs on my sofa bed. I ordered this mattress topper in order to make the thin sofa mattress more comfortable. I have been very pleased with this topper. It is thick and puffy enough that I don't need other mattress pads. It does what I bought it for.

Looks fluffy but flattens when in use

Very disappointed. It is bulky and looks fluffy but doesn't have enough substance to keep it from flattening when you lay on it. Because of its bulkiness it is hard to wash. I don't understand how it got so many good reviews.

Lumpy and uncomfortable

Right out of the package, this thing was super lumpy and full of hard spots. I thought it would flatten out a little and improve after a few weeks, but it's actually gotten worse.

Sleeping Comfort

Ever bought a mattress and 'thought' it was the right one only to discover that it just is not soft/plush enough? Well, I did. I chose a mattress that turned out to be a little firmer than I thought. After sleeping on it, my husband and I awoke with a slight ache in our lower backs. My first inclination was to purchase a mattress pad. I did. The bed felt slightly better, but I needed additional support. So, I scoured the Macy's website and found this mattress topper. My life has changed and there is no more ache in my back! It is extremely durable and soft, as well as easy to put on your bed. You know longer have to worry about making sure that it 'fits' on your mattress because of the strong elastic bands that attach to the four corners of your mattress. Thus far, it has not moved and remains stable. At this point, I want to purchase another. I look forward to sleeping on this luxury mattress topper and linger a little longer in the mornings because I do not want to get out of bed.
