Too firm

I read all the side sleeper reviews but unfortunately, these didn't work for us. We got them right before going out of town and regret we didn't save the box to do a turn. At least they were on sale. Pillow shopping is the worst.

Cotton covered Pillows

While the cover is cotton and wonderful, the fill is just okay. However, I’m a side sleeper so it might be better for a back sleeper. Overall I’ll be using it for a long while and prefer it to my cheap Cost Co pillows.

Don’t Order Online

I wouldn’t recommend ordering these pillows online from Macys. I first received one individual pillow that was a completely different brand. I called Macys to setup an exchange. The next delivery I received was a pillow that was the correct brand, but only one pillow, not the two pack that it was supposed to be according to the listing. Sending back again and ordering these pillows elsewhere.

Inaccurate shipping timeframe

This product says delivery within 3-6 business days. My order has been processing 3 business days and a Saturday and Sunday. Zero movement. I contacted Macy's and was told delivery is actually expected 12 business days from the date I ordered so with weekend, over 2.5 weeks.

Disappointed

Pro: the pillows look nice Cons: just use for a few days, the pillows flat. Even when I fluff them daily, they are just flat.
