Ugly blueish gray spots appearing on drippings tray.

Lower tray drip tray that catches the drippings has changed a horrible spotty blueish gray. Unable to get off. The more used the more spotty looking blueish gray appears. Is this healthy? Am I able to receive a new tray?

Model number not in the drop down as an option

I like the product but couldn't find my model number in your list . The model number is rj25-c as shown in the manual.

We love the Chefman, however after receiving the Chefman it stopped working after about a month

The Chefman was easy to use and even though it stopped working shortly after receiving it; we’re willing to keep it
