Good Product

Product seems to be well built and very easy to operate. i especially like the adjustable lift and cup size selection features. I would have no reservations recommending this product to others.

The button to turn on has stopped working

It becomes stuck and even when i pry it to make the button push up again it doesn't turn on

Nice unit

Coffee maker is reasonably priced. Better to make one cup of coffee than a whole pot that is not needed. Product is easy to use for selecting size of cup. The unit is somewhat awkward to raise the shelf for a smaller cup. Sometimes there are drips when changing from the Kcup holder to the basket holder.

poor quality

My coffee maker only lasted 4 months. You have to hold the on button while brewing your coffee. Because it stop working after 30 days Macy’s refused to return or refund this purchase. Way too expensive for only 4 months use. Big disappointment. I recommend purchasing a Keurig product for K cups. Also using Costco. If their items fail they will gladly make an exchange
