Works great

I bought this because I've been making sourdough bread and needed something that would hold the longer pieces. I love ability to see the time left for your toast to be ready. It makes it easier to coordinate things when breakfast for guests.

Nice toaster, however, unless you like burnt toast I don't recommend using above level 2.

Easy to use

We love how easy this toaster is to use and how you can choose how light or dark the toast is. I use it for bagels, my kids use it for toast. They love it too.
