Crispy for for 6 months no complaints but only basket 2 is working now

Up until now outstanding. Basket 1 was working at 13:00 today Basket 1 wasn’t working at 18:00 evening

its a game changer for cooking

It is fast & easy-to-use BUT the coating peeled off the basket racks after the first time I hand washed them AND all of the plastic corners fell off and I lost 1/2 of the during the first wash. Can you please send me replacements asap? I have pictures
