I got this air fryer as a present.

I got this air fryer as a present. But it doesnt seem to be working. I put my sons chicken nuggets in it after 20 mins of running it. They were ice cold. How can i get help with it. I think its faulty. It’s fan just amkes sound for 2-3 seconds light blinks and then nothing. The food was cold. I dont know what wrong with this product.

So far not great difficult instructions

I can’t manage to get the screen instructions in the machine when I’m using it other than the on off, the sinking of the two trays, the time and temperature please can you help?

This was a replacement

I have had it for a good few months it is amazing it is so easy to use and the after sale are so helpful to the problem I had was fix in no time thank you for your help

Early days. Buttons and plus/minus sign not very responsive

Good value. Intuitive to use. Offers more economical cooking. Liners mean little washing up. Main reservation so far is variable responsiveness of controls.
