Order at risk of damage!

Ordered 2 nightstands - 1 received with a broken leg. Contacted Macys to return (transferred several times ) finally got someone to send UPS for pickup. I was told my card would not be credited - but would receive a gift card and I could call to get that balance taken off my account except for shipping- which I do not believe I should pay for shipping on a damaged product. I just received the replacement order and guess what - a leg is broken off!!! Luckily my husband is able to fix this - and the only reason I’m doing this is to not have to go thru the hassle of another return and shipping fee. I have been a customer for over 40 years and have never had this poor of service. The furniture was expensive to begin with and then pay shipping for damages products - let’s just say I’m never buying furniture from Macy’s again.

Macys has not been helpful at all

When delivered a leg was broken off and Macys has been awful to deal with!!! They would not give me a credit and would not have the piece picked up. We had to take it to Macys a large piece of furniture and still fighting to get full credit!!

Very Sturdy

Very sturdy and the drawers are spacious. I like the antique look without the oldness of the wood product. Fresh and still stylish.
