Very bad communication!

I bought 2 sofas . They were not as described as you can from the pictures. After installing them I see the wood underneath. I am not satisfied with quality and I want to return. Don't ever buy third part from Macy's. All customer service agents will say we will contact the seller and should receive a response within 5 days. This is my third time to call customer service at Macy's. I contacted the seller. They don't answer and they phone listed is not working . It seems that they will allow my review as I find an error in my submission.
