Great purchase

I paid a great price for a great product. It heats up fast and doesn't require numerous passes over hair to smooth it out. I am really happy with this purchase.

NICE

Again Macy's doesn't disappoint when there is something I need. My other chi iron stopped working after 12 or more years of regular use. Very happy with the price especially when I needed one right away.

Had better

For a chi product it is not that great. Breaks and frizzes my hair. I don't have the problem with my other chi straighteners

i always thought highly of Chi, not really sure why but I did . this iron is ceramic plated. I thought it the heating plates were 100% ceramic and better for my hair. nope

I love it!

I have very thick, wavy hair. Its been years since I straighten my hair because it takes forever, and still looks fluffy afterwards. This chi not only straightens my hair super fast, its also soft and smooth. Best purchase I've made.

great durable product!

I have been using this straightener for almost two years now and i have very thick hair and use it on its hottest setting and it still works and looks like new! Great item. Would purchase again
