Use product.

Unbelievable that you buy an item in Macys and they sent you a use one. How disappointed. I received this iron on the original box ( not Macys box ) and is dirty, you can easily see that it has been use and return it.

I purchased this Chi mini flat iron from Macys to be more assured of quality and was disappointed that Macys sent me a used and dirty product.

Amazing Product !!!

Ordered last week and received it yesterday. It didn’t come in a Macy’s box but I knew that because in the product information it specified that is ship from the manufacturer not Macys . The compact iron is perfect for travelling because it will not take too much space. Highly recommended !!!

Do Not Buy Irons from Macy

I ordered this product on July 29th and received it today August 1st. When I received the product it was not in a Macy's shipping box. Macy put the shipping label on the product box for the world to see the product. When I opened the product, I was instantly able to see that the small iron was used as it it water in the iron, condensation, and mold. Please don't buy type of products from Macy's as they sell used products to customers. I am disappointed in Macy's as I have been a cardholder and customer for more than 30 years. What a disgrace! If I could attach pictures, I would, so that I can show the world what was sold to me.
