False Claims - Buyer Beware of 3rd Party Seller

Ordered promptly. Received an email that the boots were delivered when in fact they were not delivered. My account was charged. Contacted Macys and was told the item was sold out. If the item was sold out, why would my account be charged and send an email of a delivery.
