Does not work

I used this product 3 times and ever time I use it my mascara starts flaking off and has gotten into my eye and burned me up I have been trying to get my money refunded no luck so far

CILS Booster is a Must Have!!!

I have used this product since it came out about 15 years ago! I never put on Hypnose mascara without applying the booster first. I believe it makes your mascara last longer.
