Total disappointment

The entire bottom of this navy blue tea kettle has turned white from the gas flame and the flame was NOT on too high. Customer service at Macys will not take the product back since it has been one year since purchase and I am unable to reach Circulon customer service for what is supposed to be a lifetime warranty. Total disappointment.

Very attractive and works but

Very attractive and works but the handle gets hot. Was hoping the current technology would offer a handle that did not get hot. Kept item but need a lot holder

Good choice for an enamel tea kettle

If you like enamel tea kettles, this is a good choice. It has a large fill opening and you don't have to flip a handle out of the way to open it. The whistle stays open if you want and the whistle starts out quietly then gets louder; gives you a chance to get to the kettle before it is waking the whole household,haha
