Arrived Damaged

Purchased this on-line to be shipped to Florida because Minnesota as made forever chemicals illegal throughout the state. When I opened the package the lids where crimped and one of the pans completely bent. Of course Macy's I am sure will say its the shippers fault and the shipper will say Macy is responsible.... About to find out!

Pretty pans

The color is very nice. I had problems when cooking eggs. They stayed out beautiful but when I flipped them and assisted the heat slightly, the eggs stuck and I can’t remove the residue.?‍♀️

Bad customer support

Bought this as a very much needed item. Arrived slowly and just before leaving for florida. Need these to eat. one lid was broken and was told to repack and return. then reorder and wait another 3 weeks and hope nothing is damaged in that order. just one lid is all I need and need them now, I'm hungry. recommend product but not Macy's customer support.
