Wonderful addition to my kitchen ""tool"" collection!

This is a well-made skillet, that heats up quickly and evenly. I ran it through the dishwasher, prior to use. I like that it's dishwasher safe—honestly who wants to spend hours washing pans, after cooking? Not me! I've washed it on both the top and bottom rack, and it's come out looking (and functioning) like a brand new pan. To break it in, I decided to cook 2 thick tenderloin steaks, I'd defrosted earlier that day. I heated it to a medium high heat, so I could get a nice sear. It heated quickly (about 3 minutes) and evenly on the larger burner. I seasoned the steaks with salt and pepper, then put them in the skillet and pushed them down (to get a nice sear). I seared them for 2 minutes, each side, then turned down the heat to medium, and cooked them to an internal temperature of 145F (medium/medium rare). Normally I'd add butter (for flavor and to prevent sticking), but I wanted to see how well the non-stick pan worked, without adding additional fat. The steaks were evenly cooked, despite being thick, and they slid off the pan without any additional grease. After letting them rest for 5 minutes (which took a lot of self control), we tucked in, and they were delicious! They were flavorful and tender, without the additional calories from added butter. Clean up was a breeze, I ran the pan under the tap, and the residual juice/bits slid right off. Then I stuck it in the dishwasher, along with the rest of the dinner dishes, and spent the evening relaxing. I've since used it to cook eggs, ham and noodles, and several other meals. I haven't needed to add additional fat to the meals, and any residual food has rinsed right off. I've been so pleased with this skillet, I've decided to purchase the larger version. I've only had it a week, so I can't speak to longevity, but it's quickly become my go-to pan.

We love love love this!

This was such an amazing skillet. It came packaged beautifully. Had a sturdy pleather handle and the color is a beautiful brown. Easy to clean and great for an easy go to skillet. The food doesn't stick to the bottom and makes it so much easier to use and clean with even after the cheesiest of messes.

Love Symmetry

Only used it once so far, but if this is as good as the others in my Symmetry set, I will be a happy lady!

Durable and top notch

I was very excited to receive the Circulon Symmetry Chocolate 11"" Skillet. It came well packaged and looks very top notch and professional. The material is excellent and durable, and completes the cookware in the kitchen. The size is perfect for the type of meals I cook. The size is perfect for me, as a college student with a not so large kitchen. The skillet did not give me any type of problems with cooking, I have a glass stove top and it did not harm the stove top as some cheaper made pans might, as I have noticed in the past. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this product, and would love to order more to match this lovely skillet. And yes, I would recommend to anyone who is in search for a decent sized skillet that is durable and plans to use often.

Best skillet I've ever used!

I had never heard of the Circulon Symmetry Chocolate 11"" Skillet and was pleasantly surprised how amazing it is!! From the moment I started using it, I loved it!! I've used other supposedly ""non-stick"" pans but nothing else can compare to this skillet. I love that nothing sticks to it! It's great to use any time of the day. I'm actually planning on upgrading all my old pans to this brand now.
