Superb Non-stick!

Circulon Ultimum has a superb non-stick technology. The release performance is exceptional and it is durable. Even the large pans are very easy to maneuver. The handles are Stainless Steel, so it looks really nice and are also insulated so, if you are using a matching burner and using the correct setting, you would not need potholders. These pans are induction suitable and very fast and very efficient. Other brands that are induction suitable have bulky bases, which decreases efficiency and slows down cooking.
