Late for Christmas

I don't know how the watch is because it still hasn't came.This was supposed to be my husband's big Christmas gift, however it never came. When I placed the order on Dec. 16th it said it would be here on the 21st. However Christmas has came and went and I still don't have the watch. Macy's really let me down!!!
