Level of service when I went to buy a watch.

As I was just looking at the showcases with the watches, the salesperson introduced himself and asked me if I had a watch in mind or whether he can show/recommend any of the watches on display. When I indicated to him I do have the watch in mind namely, Citizen eco drive garrison….. he explained very clearly the functions of the watch. As the particlar model was not available, he assured me that he can order the watch in and the whole process was done very efficiently, in a timely manner. In fact I was able to collect the watch today. Overall a very good experience.

Great watch

Great watch, very light weight for its size - my watch gains about 2 seconds per month. I wish the Day/Date text was larger and more bold...that would make it a 5 star watch.

Crown is too large. Unintentually pulls out/breaks

While the large crown makes it easy to pull out and set the watch, it is also easy for it to snag on clothing and other objects, causing the crown to be unintentionally pulled out. The worst case scenario which just happened to me a few days ago is that it snags on something and the crown breaks off entirely. I now have a broken watch. I am willing to take responsibility for scratches on my watches, but this should not happen. I think this design is flawed. To maintain the same design, the crown should screw down. Either that or there should be structures above and below the crown as many watches have to protect it or simply make the crown smaller.
