1) Website says the watch is Titanium. As soon as I received it I could tell it was not. I called Citizen to verify and they confirmed that this watch is stainless steel. I called Macy's 2 weeks ago and told them that their website was incorrect. Her response "Are you sure". Yes, I just spoke to the manufacturer. There were 3 different 30th Anniversary watches made by Citizen. 2 are Titanium, 1 is not - guess which one is not. Now, 2 weeks later their website has still not been changed.
2) Google this watch and every photo that comes up shows it in the 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Special box. The box includes a plaque talking about the limited edition. Guess Macy's felt they deserved the special box more than I did because mine came in the regular Citizen box. This watch comes with an extra strap and Macy's folded the strap in order to fit it in the smaller box.
So disappointing - 1) Make sure your website descriptions are accurate 2) When told there is an issue, fix it so others are not mislead 3) Ship out items in the proper packaging especially. Is this asking too much? Honestly makes one feel like Macy's talks a good game about customer service but really don't care too much about it.
