THIS WATCH IS GORGEOUS & HAS REAL DIAMONDS

I just bought this Citizen Eco-Drive watch for my daughter for her 35th birthday. It is absolutely stunning. You can dress it up or dress it down. It goes with gold or silver and it has real diamonds. She absolutely loved it! I love the fact that you never have to get batteries for it. It has a smaller face than she was used to, but I wasn’t crazy about the larger faced fashion watches they are selling these days.

Great watch! Poor customer service at Macy's

Giving the watch 5 stars, beautiful. customer service at jewelry department at Hilldale Madison, WI 1 star. Purchased online, Took watch to Hilldale to be sized. clerk asked if I had "a quick question" told her I needed a band sized. Was told machine was broken and could not size band, I cant believe at Christmas time they cant size a watchband. I drove 50 miles to have this done. Had to have band sized at a jewelry store elsewhere, where it cost an additional 26.00 plus a 10.00 tip for doing it while I waited. I think the clerk was late for break and didn't want to do the sizing.
