Watch malfunctioned warranty not upheld

I loved my citizen watch so much. After three years there was moisture in the watch face. I sent it into their repair center with all the appropriate requirements. They said the watch parts were discontinued therefore they could not repair it and sent it back. However their warranty clearly states that if they cannot repair it then they will send a replacement of like value. They will not honor their warranty. They do not make a good product that functions like it should. DO NOT PURCHASE CITIZEN WATCHES. Their products fail and they will not make it right.

Love it! Classy and at the right price for me!!

Very Attractive Watch... Had to have FIVE (5) links taken out to fit my wrist.... I have another "mesh wristband" Citizen Watch that flops and hangs 2/&1/2 inches from my wrist, even with two slide guards... any suggestions?
