Watch has stopped working

I had the watch for about a year before it stopped. Would not charge and the second hand jumped 3-4 seconds at a time. I need help to resolve this issue (warranty).

Great watch

I am very happy with my recent purchase. I bought this for my father because he had heard so much about the Eco drive. When the watch was delivered I was very happy with the appearance and the quality. It made it even better when my father received his gift and was equally as happy. He loves his new watch.
