Disappointed in Quality and Service

I purchased a Citizen watch from Macy’s, and after only three wears, the leather material started peeling apart. I returned to the store and requested to speak with a manager — but no manager ever came. The associate told me there was nothing they could do seeing that the watch has been worn. I then contacted Citizen directly, and they said I could simply purchase the same strap again — no resolution or support. As someone who owns multiple Citizen watches, I’ve never had a problem with quality until now. Very disappointed in both Macy’s lack of customer service and Citizen’s unwillingness to stand behind their product.
