Citizen Watch for everyday casual wear

Salesgirl was pleasant but knew nothing about the watches that were for sale. Very disappointing that no one knew how to fix the band (remove links) or adjust the bracelet clasps to fit. This is supposed to be a "Fine Jewelry" Department.

Poor Quality Citizen's Watch

So disappointed with the cheap quality of materials and the look of the watch. The worst thing was that it had a flimsy stretch metal band which was not mentioned in the product description. I returned it immediately.
