Not worth it

These are very very small bottles. There's very little product in them. If you get them on sale it's okay but otherwise don't pay full price for this. Also it was an opportunity for me to try some colors in this line but they all basically were like non-committal colors. So very faint color. This was a wonderful opportunity for City lips to actually let people try something that you would put on and show color but maybe they don't make anything like that the ones in this box you put it on and it gives you a shimmer but that's it very little color

My order never arrived. Disappointing as it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It’s now NYE and it’s still not here.

Arrived opened

I never got to try these lip glosses because the package arrived with the seal broken at each end so I did not feel comfortable trying them. The entire experience was disappointing as I ordered this item on Dec. 2 for an event I had on Dec. 13. I received multiple emails with varying delivery dates. I had to call twice when the item did not arrive on the two dates they gave me. The item was reordered by the Macy's agent each time. Item finally arrived on Dec. 29 with both seals broken. Now I am required to either pay for return shipping or get in my car and drive to a Macy's to get a refund. As a platinum member I'm fairly disappointed in Macy's service with this order

Still hasn't shipped

I ordered on the 18th. Shipping tracking says a label has been made but still not picked up by UPS. I am sad.

Meh

Product was supposed to come on December 22, it got delayed twice so far and now won't come until january 7th, if it comes at all. Make sure you keep track of where your order is coming from. This said Macy's, but my bet is over seas somewhere

Nice Trial Set

It is a nice set of samples to try. The only problem is one is cool or warm and you have two of each which means I will not be using the pink tones. The gloss is nice however is a tad on the sticky side.

Still waiting for product.

purchased 12/11; received shipping notice 12/12; as of today 12/19 UPS does not have the package. Not sure I will actually receive what I ordered.
