Does not work

Do not buy I will be returning it. It slightly makes your lips hot and stops after about 3 minutes and absolutely NO futon lip size. I’m so upset I fell for the advertised product.

So good!!

These are my favorite glosses lately so when I saw two full size products on sale for less than the cost of 1, I bought two sets! I love that these products are thick but not sticky, super hydrating, and they give a plump without a tingle. The shipping did take awhile and the package didn’t say macys when it arrived. I ordered on 1/11 and received them on 1/23. Both sets were in their individually sealed packaging and the quality worthy of 5 stars!

Horrible! Your order may never arrive!

So I ordered 2 sets . When I got my order there was ONE. Called customer service said that they were sending a replacement..about two weeks went by and it was stuck on "label created". Called Customer service again and same thing so far.. Waiting for a replacement..its been over a week and still stuck at "label created".. I love city lips but at this point I think I will just ask for a refund. This is ridiculous.

Great product but buy elsewhere

Love the product but still haven’t received it from Macy’s 18 days later. Now it says delivered! They are supposedly sending a replacement, but it too, is not showing shipped!

Do Not Order

I read the other reviews and tried it anyway. I ordered on Dec 2. Since that day, tracking has said "Arriving in 3-6 business days." Today is December 11 (the 7th business day) and nothing has changed. A UPS label was created on Dec 4, but as of today (Dec 11), UPS has not received the package. Macy's really does need to do better. If they are selling through a 3rd party, they need to cut ties with this 3rd party. It makes Macy's look bad, as well as the product
