beautiful, flowy skirt

Soooo pretty. This skirt surpasses my expectations. I was hoping for a flowy colorful skirt and that is exactly what I got. It is made from quality fabric. I appreciate it has a sown in underskirt that give it additional weight to add to the flow of the skirt. It even has a slip to add to it's apeal. It fits me well, but is a bit too long for me. That is solved by rolling up the waist band. Highly recommend.
