Box came open

When buying a luxury skincare product, I expect it to be brand new, sealed, and untouched. An open box immediately raises concerns about product integrity, safety, and quality. This is not the experience I expect from Macy’s, especially for a premium item at this price point. I value Macy’s as a trusted retailer, but this delivery did not meet reasonable expectations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that better quality control is ensured for future orders.

Better than any other serum for glowing skin.

This serum is amazing leaves your skin glowing , I will say it’s better then Estée Lauder serum.
