Shipping Problems

I ordered a pair of shoes the day before thanksgiving, I put in my correct address and instead Macy’s system put my old address on my order. I called and was told it can’t be changed. I don’t want my order going to some stranger. This is bad business, I will not shop from Macy’s ever again!
