Not happy

The shoes I received was a customer return. They had scuff marks, and smelled like feet. This is the second time I've received used merchandise from Macy's.

Size Runs Large and Didn't Fit

Quality is nice but the size seems to run big. I ordered size 9 and they fit as if they're size 10, so had to return.
