The staff were very receptive and helpful. I was pleased with the products and most especially, my daughter really likes her New Balance shoes. My shoes were very comfy and enjoy wearing them. Sad

I've lost confidence in Macy's after this purchase. The shoes are usually very good quality, but they sent me a used pair that someone else had obviously returned. They came in a plastic bag with part of the return ticket. If I wanted something used, I would have gone to a thrift store.

Same size we aways buy. Somehow doesn't fit right at toes. We had to return and order a larger size.

Not Great

First pair of Clarks shoes of poor quality and unfortunately it too late to return. After just over a month of wearing them intermittently, the soles are peeling in the back

Love the shoes. But, I was surprised they are actually slip-ons. The laces don't tie. I ordered 9 1/2 wide and they fit good.
