I've lost confidence in Macy's after this purchase. The shoes are usually very good quality, but they sent me a used pair that someone else had obviously returned. They came in a plastic bag with part of the return ticket. If I wanted something used, I would have gone to a thrift store.

Same size we aways buy. Somehow doesn't fit right at toes. We had to return and order a larger size.

Not Great
First pair of Clarks shoes of poor quality and unfortunately it too late to return. After just over a month of wearing them intermittently, the soles are peeling in the back
Love the look
Love the shoes. But, I was surprised they are actually slip-ons. The laces don't tie. I ordered 9 1/2 wide and they fit good.
Width
Not wide enough is you have a wide foot with high arch.
Loving the fit
Great feel and I love the look. Size was spot on and comfortable to wear all day.

HOLIDAY SHOPPING
The staff were very receptive and helpful. I was pleased with the products and most especially, my daughter really likes her New Balance shoes. My shoes were very comfy and enjoy wearing them. I have been using the blender and very much satisfied. Overall, all products were great and serving its purpose.
