Great boots incorrect color

Received order and the box indicated the correct color (Beewax leather) but inside the boots were the wrong color. Went to a Macys store to exchange but they did not have the color and checked other stores too. Other reviews on Macys.com indicated the same thing. Reached out to Macys online customer service and spoke to very nice tech who assured me they will send the correct color as will reach out to the fulfillment center. I hope this will be true... I will reach back out when receive new order. I was disappointed because of the inconvenience of having to ship back the current boots, and going to a store.

Nice boots but wrong color

Received the shoes today but it was the wrong color, so was disappointed as we clearly choose the Beewax color but received a dark brown/taupe. We would have given a 5 star because the boots fits perfectly and are good quality but because of the inconvenience of having to return it to exchange gave a 4 star.

Color is Way off

The boots I ordered have 3 colors avaliable three color I ordered then a dark brown and a black the ones I received on the box says the color I ordered but these appear much different then the photo and look like a darker brown.
