Smart Shopper

I purchased the shoes for my husband because it was a wide width and a Clark. However, the shoes' width did not fit like a wide width. He had a very difficult time putting them on. They definitely were not a wide width. He was very dissappointed, because it is nice shoe but too tight and narrow. It did not fit as a wide width as decribed on online. I would not recommend if you are looking for a wide width shoe.

Heel on one shoe caved in. Difficult to put on.

These shoes are very flat. They are slip ons not lace ups although they do have laces. You cannot slide your feet into them without the tongue getting smashed inside the shoe. You actually need both hands to hold open the tongue and heel of the shoe to slide your foot in. One I had them on I walked around my house. The right shoe sole caved in immediately and it now feels like my foot is going inward when I step. I would return these shoes but I wore them outside. I should have returned them immediately. Macy's can you please refund me or replace them?
