Heel on one shoe caved in. Difficult to put on.

These shoes are very flat. They are slip ons not lace ups although they do have laces. You cannot slide your feet into them without the tongue getting smashed inside the shoe. You actually need both hands to hold open the tongue and heel of the shoe to slide your foot in. One I had them on I walked around my house. The right shoe sole caved in immediately and it now feels like my foot is going inward when I step. I would return these shoes but I wore them outside. I should have returned them immediately. Macy's can you please refund me or replace them?

Nice!

Shoes are great looking and well made, the leather is nice (especially at Macy's sale price point) and the comfort level is on point. I positively love the shoes.

Well crafted and good looking shoe, but wide width is no wider than normal/med width. In fact, it seems very narrow. Will be returning them.
