Macy team cudos

the clerk , ? forgot her name but she is an R.N. was VERY helpful , I needed to order my size and everything went smoothly, received the shoes 3 days later and were perfect.

Customer Service

I have been a customer of Macys when it was Famous Barr. The shoes are great but your customer service needs help. Your associate was so rude and can’t believe when he stuck his hand in my face to tell me to wait. I am an adult and do not appreciate being treated this way. Please train your people because more and more are leaving Macys.

Comfortable style

Purchased these in size 8 wide. The wide gave me extra room in the toe bed but I suspect I could have ordered 8 medium and they would have felt fine too. With these shoes I wear thin dress socks that’s why I feel 8 M would have been fine. I have worn this style Clarks far a few years now and really like the way they fit and look. I will say I notice Clarks can feel they narrower and slightly smaller. If you are in-between sizes go up a half size but not necessarily both half size and width.

Button closure is not a good design

Like: Comes in a wide width. Dislike: The buttons fall off. Fortunately I noticed it soon enough and was able to trace my steps and find it. I had to glue the knot to keep it closed. Additionally, the elastic loop closure is either stretching out or was always uneven so that my right shoe is looser than the left.
