Runs small and cannot return

They seem like nice shoes, but they run very small. I ordered my usual size 9 and these boots pinch my feet. It seems I cannot exchange at Macy's either due to "final act", which is is a terrible practice.

Comfortable.

I ordered 3 different pairs of Clark boots. I wear a 10W but Clark sizing varies. This pair was comfortable on my toes. The other 2 squished my toes. Would give a 5 if material was smooth leather. This is suede.

Do not buy

Unless you're sure this size fits do not buy them, I just realize I am wasting my money on Macys because they give discount without warning that some items are not returnable. These shoes are not returnable now I am stuck with shoes that don't fit. lately sizes in a lot of stores have been not accurate so I have to buy 2 different sizes to see which fits. This didn't fit so I wasted money on shoes I can't wear.

Nice fit - wrong stile:

Nice fit, but wrong stile for me. Wanted an ankle boot. This boot is about 2" taller on my like. Great fit for 8M foot.
