Runs Small

I ordered my normal size. These boots were very small. I got a 9.5. I don't think a 10 would fit. I'm so upset that my Flint, Mi store is closed. It's such a hassle to return.

Too narrow

I normally wear regular width (M) shoes, these were too narrow, ordered wide and they fit better

Not as shown in pictures

I love these boots but one thing is making me return them. I like the style, the color, the leather and they're comfortable. The leather all over the boots are not shiny. It's sort of a matte finish. Fine. But the toes are buffed shiny. It looks absolutely ridiculous and I can't get past it. Either make them shiny leather or matte but not both.
