I'd love to tell you but they haven't shown up yet. Macy's uses the Post office for delivery and they never deliver on time. I wish you would use another delivery service. I may not buy anything more from Macy's due to the terrible delivery service

Clark's Boots

These boots are comfortable the first time you wear them. I have wide feet, and ankle issues, but the wide size fits perfect and not tight at all. I did order a size up from my normal size. I usually wear a 10 wide, but I was told that these boots run a little smaller, so I ordered 11 wide. I am glad I did. I love these boots!

Never received the boots

After twice changing the date of delivery; I was told they had been lost in Fedex transportation; I was given a refund for the shipping and told he would reorder for me; I never got an email and so I called to be told they were out of stock; I expected to get a refund; but after 3 days I had to call to get this done and I still haven't seen an email about a refund or gotten one yet; I will have to call again... Bad experience and probably will not purchase from Macys again in the near future.

Runs Small

I ordered my normal size. These boots were very small. I got a 9.5. I don't think a 10 would fit. I'm so upset that my Flint, Mi store is closed. It's such a hassle to return.

Too narrow

I normally wear regular width (M) shoes, these were too narrow, ordered wide and they fit better
