They are to big on the hills

I love Clark Shoes but always I have the same problem they run big. I have to return them and I will try to exchange for another one same size see what happens. I did last time and work they same me the perfect one.

HEELS IN SHOE ARE BIG

I wanted to like these shoes because of the comfortable footbed but the back of the heels of these shoes are too big. I ordered a size 10(normal size), they slipped off the back of my feet. I returned to the store, then I ordered a 9.5, they crunched my toes in the front of shoes and the back of the heel of shoes, are still too big. These shoes gap on the sides of my feet. I ordered medium with. I think the arch is in these shoes are made too high, at least for my feet. I will be returning these as well. They are very cute shoes but they are not for me.
