Returned shoes were delivered twice

I can not believe twice in a row, I received the 'used' shoes for the price I paid for brand new shoes. Since store- return was free, I dropped it off at store for rhe first pair I bought and then, the staffs helped to purchase it again while I was waiting. But, I found the 2nd pair of th3 same model of shoes was also used one, not as bad as the 1st pair of the same shoes I bought, but, it was obvious someone else already wore it and returned. I love the design and it seems comfortabl. But, I won't take a risk to purchase three times after returning this 2nd pair. So, disappointed
