Very Narrow

These shoes are incredibly cute, but they are way too narrow. I thought that I could break them in after a few wears and it would get better. I even use one of those shoe stretcher gadgets, but there is no give at all. Also, I got blisters on the back of my ankles because the top part in the back is slightly curled and it started rubbing on the back of my ankle. I would returned them, but I accidentally threw away the box. Definitely order larger.

Great comfort & fashion

Couldn’t love these more! I usually font but shoes on line as my feet are not easy to fit! These however fit perfectly from the moment I put them on. Supportive, comfortable arch inside, and my heel stays put! Hard for me to find a loafer that does not slide. I bought the black & love the brown trim. Love the sole as I walk a lot on cobblestones & uneven pavement in historic Savannah.

Extremely Dissatisfied

When the above item arrived, I found scuff marks at the toes and heels on the right and left shoe. It appeared that the loafers had been worn. Or, perhaps it's a manufactory defect. As a customer, I don't deserve poor quality products or customer service.

The ordered product is displeasing

I received the ordered product today. The pair of loafers appears to have been worn and returned to the store. They have scuff markers on the toes of each shoe. As a valuable and loyal customer, I am totally displeased with this specific product. Unfortunately, I am not computer-literate enough to take a photo of the loafers and upload the pictures to the computer as evidence. I don't deserve this type of purchased product.
