Macys was not customer focused horrible experience

This product came broken twice and damaged and I had to run through hoops at macys customer service. The second like it came broken after me waiting an additional two weeks the online BOT still wasn’t able to give me a solution. I was sent the run around in 3 different macys which is what I wanted to avoid considering I ordered online.
