Horrible product
I have had this steamer for over 1 year have only been able to use it one time. The red light will not go off. I hold the button down and the light goes off and I get steam, as soon as I let it go red light comes on and no steam. A total waste of money!

Worst steamer ever!
This is the second one I bought and now the on off switch is damage! I wanted to know where I can fixed it or buy another switch please please please!

Started off great
Used maybe 3 times ,then wouldn’t heat up.I guess if you plan to use 1 time then it’s okay.

Easy to use and steams wrinkles away
It was an easy unit to assemble and it came packed securely and looked of a higher quality than I was expecting. I read the instruction booklet and filled the unit with distilled water (the only drawback is not using tap water) and turned it on. There was a small delay in the unit getting up to temperature, however once it did the steam was a steady consistent flow. The hanger for the garment was a little weak as it would only hold lighter weight items and not a heavier dress or gown without fear of tipping over. I was able to do many of my work shirts on just one tankful of water and those came out well and truly unwrinkled. The tank for the water was a good size and I did have to reset the unit as it appeared to overheat just once but the auto shut off feature got triggered and I know it works which is a good safety feature. It is a good product for someone that needs to refresh a garment quickly and easily as it does beat hauling out an ironing board and iron.

Great steamer!
I was looking for a steamer and this one has turned out to be perfect! Works flawlessly and starts up and gets hot quickly! Easy to use as well - and the results were just what I needed! If you are looking for a steamer - this is a good choice!

Super Light
I got this a month ago and it is great. It has saved me a ton of money by not going to the dry cleaners. I use it on all my clothes, my kids clothes and my husband's. Its light to move around so I can do my curtains easily. I absolutely love it.

Love it
I absolutely love this steamer. It heats up really fast and works great. You can hang your clothes up right out of the dryer and steam them. It works great on all materials. The only problem I found was if you let your clothes sit in dryer and then steam, the cotton fabrics are harder to get wrinkles out. I still love it!!!

Quick and efficient
This garment steamer is a great addition to my closet! It heats up relatively quickly, so if you're in a hurry, you have time to steam and go. The steam nozzle is small enough for collars and pockets, yet wide enough for fewer passes across the garment. I appreciate the ease of emptying and refilling, with its smaller tank size. The hanger pole makes it easy to use two hands to manipulate the garment. I am very pleased with this machine.
